Términos del servicio

1. **Store.** Velora operates a Shopify store based in Colombia, selling to Colombia and the United States.
2. **Products.** Catalogs may sync from suppliers (Dropshipman, DSers, or others). Prices, stock, and descriptions may change.
3. **Orders.** Confirmed after payment authorization. We may cancel for fraud, obvious pricing errors, or supplier stock failure, with an appropriate refund.
4. **Pricing.** Per Shopify market: COP or USD, tax display per checkout settings.
5. **Shipping.** Governed by the Shipping Policy; timelines are estimates.
6. **Returns.** Governed by the Returns Policy.
7. **Accounts.** You are responsible for account security and accurate shipping data.
8. **IP.** Velora brand assets and store content are protected; unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. **Limitation.** To the extent allowed by law, Velora is not liable for customs/carrier/supplier delays beyond reasonable control.
10. **Governing law.** Laws of the Republic of Colombia, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
